Cook Breaded Scallops to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Do not overcook.

  2. Cook from frozen for 45 seconds.

Air-fryer

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 350°F.

  3. Cook for 8 minutes.

Conventional oven

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
