Clearwater Seafoods Incorporated Files Amended and Restated Management Information Circular

HALIFAX, June 13, 2016 /CNW/ – Clearwater Seafoods Incorporated (TSX: CLR) (the "Company" or "Clearwater") announces that it has filed an amended and restated management information circular (the "Amended Circular") with respect to its annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") to be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. The Amended Circular replaces and supersedes the management information circular of the Company dated May 30, 2016 and filed on SEDAR on June 3, 2016 in respect of the Meeting.

The Amended Circular has been amended to disclose indebtedness owed by an executive officer to Clearwater’s subsidiary in the section entitled "Executive Compensation – Indebtedness of Directors and Officers".

Except as described above, the Amended Circular remains unchanged from the circular that was mailed to the shareholders of the Company and previously filed on SEDAR.
